Trans Tool Shipping Policy
- FedEx is our primary parcel carrier and we use ABF for LTL shipments.
- Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.
- Any charges incurred for hazardous material or any special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied.
- Trans Tool must receive the order before 3:00pm (CST) Monday-Thursday and, 11:00pm (CST) Friday. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
- All expedited order only ship on business days and, orders on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be processed on next business day.
International Shipping Rules
- Any LTL shipments the customer is responsible to arrange their own shipments, Trans Tool is not responsible for any damages in transit.
